Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

If you do not accept the terms of the following NDA there may be certain sessions of the meeting program which you will be unable to attend.

The meeting delegate (hereafter designated, “The Recipient”) agrees that they shall be provided by the Presenters at an Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society meeting with confidential results or other confidential information presented at the meeting (hereafter designated, “The Information”) prior to public release of the data and/or information. The presentations containing The Information will be identified as “closed” or “confidential” within the official meeting Program.

The Recipient agrees to keep The Information strictly confidential and shall not communicate it to any individual other than those that have been identified by delegated representatives of the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society as having authorised this Non-Disclosure Agreement, until the public release of The Information.

If you have paid via credit card a Tax Receipt will be emailed to you. If you have requested a Tax Invoice an email will be sent to the billing contact entered in your registration form and you will also receive a separate email confirmation of registration.
